Office space at Tournament Fields sold to Panattoni

Clowes Developments sell office space at world class development, Tournament Fields, to Panattoni

One of the UK’s largest privately owned property developers, Clowes Developments, has agreed a deal with global ‘big-shed’ provider, Panattoni, to purchase its new head office facility from Clowes  at Tournament Court, Tournament Fields, Warwick.

Tournament Fields is a thriving business park located adjacent to Junction 15 of the M40 motorway, south west of Warwick town centre. The park benefits from direct access to the Midlands motorway network and excellent transport links to Warwick and the surrounding areas.

It comes as no surprise that this impressive business park, owned by Clowes and developed out by Paul Shanley, Director at Clowes Developments, has attracted a mixture of global and regional occupiers. Semcon, Eagle Burgmann, Geberit, GFA, 3P Innovation and Scholastic have all moved to the park in recent years and some have established it as their UK headquarters. Panattoni will be using the 2,500sq ft office space to house their UK head office.

Paul Shanley, Director at Clowes Developments commented on the deal,

The relationship with Panattoni goes way back. Clowes Developments gave the new First Industrial company their first major commission as Employers Agents role on our 1,000,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at EMDC in Castle Donington for national retailer M&S in 2010. Later, First Industrial was bought out by Panattoni. The relationship continued as they purchased a plot of land at EMDC and speculatively built a 525,000sq ft facility in 2019.

We are delighted to agree the sale of these prestigious office at Tournament Court, and look forward to continuing our business relationship in the future.

Limited availability remains at Tournament Fields with plots suitable for design and build enquiries. Interested parties are invited to contact the agents Katie Monks of Savills via [email protected] or Bill Wareing of Wareing & Company via [email protected].
